Personal Statement

My international journey started from Italy, where I pursued my Master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Politecnico Di Torino. As part of prestigious Erasmus scholarship, I moved to Telecom SudParis, France to continue with the second year of my master’s studies. Later, I started my professional career at Orange labs, France, as a research intern to design a new business model of low-cost wireless infrastructure for developing countries. After my internship, I continued working at Orange Labs as a R&D engineer where I developed a new mobile packet core network with cutting edge technologies like NFV and SDN. During this period, I was involved in multiple European projects, standardization activities, and also I had the opportunity to work closely with people from all around the world. My research interests are oriented towards 3GPP next generation mobile core networks, SDN, network virtualization, mobile cloud networking, and distributed networks.

I'm excited to continue my career at NTT DOCOMO Euro-labs, further enhancing my skills and working on future challenges in the telecom field. Currently, I am working in the Network Research Group (NRG) on a future mobile packet core with close co-operation with mobile network vendors and the NFV open source project.
