Colleagues from NTT DOCOMO and DOCOMO Euro-Labs have been participating in the OPNFV Summit 2016.
We demonstrated two PoC demos on the OPNFV Doctor project implementing immediate detection, inspection, and notification of resource failures to application managers. In addition to last year’s Summit, the demo was extended by various Doctor team members to
– support networking related faults,
– integrate additional failure monitoring solutions such as Nagios and collectd, and
– integrate the OpenStack projects Congress and Vitrage for failure inspection.
